Green Flame Witchcraft

Cultivating Personal Power and Collective Healing

At Green Flame Witchcraft, we offer monthly moon and seasonal circles that create inclusive, intentional spaces for women, non-binary, trans, and gender expansive individuals to slow down, reflect, and align with the natural world. These gatherings provide opportunities to honor the cycles of the moon, deconstruct patriarchal systems, and empower ourselves through shared ritual and intuitive wisdom.

Our Practices

We view witchcraft as an evolving practice of empowerment, intuition, and transformation, grounded in connection to nature. It's about reclaiming personal power, using ritual and intention to navigate our journeys, and fostering collective growth.

Whether or not someone identifies as a witch, all are welcome to explore the practices and teachings that resonate with their own path.

This practice is not about adhering to a specific tradition but about supporting marginalized genders in finding spiritual empowerment, self-awareness, and healing in a world that often seeks to silence us.

About Emily

Emily Lily (she/they) is a lifelong learner, guide, and creator with a deep commitment to personal transformation and collective empowerment. Growing up in and around Salem, MA, they were drawn to the mystical and magical—exploring local herb shops, practicing rituals with ancient texts, and lighting candles on their bedroom altar. These early experiences, coupled with a miraculous medical journey, sparked Emily’s lifelong connection to the cycles of nature and a passion for collective healing that continues to inspire their work.

Emily’s professional training includes certification as a Wayfinder Coach with Martha Beck, facilitation in The Work of Byron Katie, and studies in Somatic Abolitionism with Resmaa Menakem. They also hold a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts and engage in ongoing workshops focused on inclusive facilitation, nervous system regulation, and dismantling internalized patriarchy. These diverse teachings equip Emily to guide individuals and groups through profound personal growth, helping them reconnect with intuition, reclaim power, and navigate their unique healing journeys.

Their organizational experience spans leadership roles in Culture & HR, where Emily helped build workplace cultures rooted in equity, shared power, and open communication. Their efforts led to recognitions such as Oregon’s Top 100 Best Places to Work and B Corp Certifications for growing companies. This work deepened Emily’s commitment to creating community-centered spaces for healing, growth, and transformation.

As a Circle Facilitator and Spiritual Mentor, Emily integrates their spiritual practices, professional expertise, and dedication to equity into creating inclusive spaces where individuals feel seen, valued, and supported. Whether through coaching, leading rituals, or facilitating group workshops, Emily helps individuals cultivate self-awareness, set healthy boundaries, and embrace their authentic selves within a system built on oppression, conformity, and inequity.

Spiritually Transformative Experience

A spiritually transformative experience has defined who I am today, shaping the path I walk. In 2020, my elderly rescue dog, Rusty, changed my life in a way I could never have imagined. Through his persistence—pressing his paws, head, and nose into a spot on my pelvis—I discovered a 15 cm tumor I didn’t know I had. The intense pain he caused sent me to the doctor, ultimately saving my life and seeding my intention to move more fully onto a spiritual path. Rusty’s extraordinary intuition and unwavering devotion earned him the Diamond Collar Hero Award from The Oregon Humane Society. Here is the heartwarming video about our story.
